248-1165 Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit for CAT 322B, 322L, E322, E325BL Stick Cylinder 2481165

This 248-1165 seal kit fits the stick cylinder on several CAT excavator models: 322B, 322L, E322, and E325BL. The same repair also cross-references to CAT cylinder 087-5387.

The stick cylinder on these machines works close to the ground. Dust and slurry reach the wiper first. Once the wiper stops blocking them, the rod seal wears, and the stick starts to drift under load or leaves a film of oil on the rod. That is when this kit goes in. It covers the rod, piston, and static sealing points. PU and NBR seals are molded to OEM groove dimensions, so they seat without trimming or stretching.

Seal kit only. Cylinder barrel, rod, and piston are not included.

Before ordering, check the machine serial and cylinder part number. The 322B, 322L, E322, and E325BL can use more than one stick cylinder setup depending on serial range, so the model name alone may not be enough.
