When a stick cylinder starts to drift on a 320C, 322C, 325C, 325DL, 330CL, or 365CL, the rod seal is usually the first thing to go. The wiper lets grit past, the rod seal wears, and oil finds its way out. Kit 2159985 is the replacement for that repair. OEM references: 2159985 and 1589059.

The kit covers the rod, piston, and static sealing points. PU is used for the pressure lips and wear surfaces. NBR handles oil-side and static sealing. Profiles are molded to OEM groove sizes, so they install without trimming or stretching. This is a seal kit only — the barrel, rod, and piston are not included.

Match the machine serial and cylinder number before ordering. These six models can run more than one stick cylinder configuration, so the model name by itself may not be enough.
