CAT 324D Boom Cylinder Seal Kit 234-4488 / 2344488 – Hydraulic Cylinder Repair

A boom cylinder reseal for the CAT 324D, using OEM reference 234-4488 / 2344488. This is the seal kit only; the barrel, rod, and piston are not included.

Once the boom drifts under load, the rod seal leaves a wet ring, or the wiper stops blocking dust, the seals are done. The kit covers those sealing points with PU, Viton, and NBR. PU takes the pressure lips, Viton handles heat, and NBR covers oil-side sealing. Profiles are molded to OEM groove sizes, so no trimming or stretching is needed.

Fits the CAT 324D boom cylinder. Check the cylinder part number and machine serial before you buy—324D alone may cover more than one cylinder variant.
