Two part numbers lead here: 2502475 for the kit and 3154449 for the same bucket cylinder application. It fits the CAT 324D L, 325C, 325D, 330C, 330D, and 336D. Of all the cylinders on an excavator, the bucket cylinder sees the most shock and grit. The wiper and rod seal go first. Once they do, the bucket loses breakout force, drifts under load, or leaves a line of oil on the rod. That’s the repair this kit covers: rod, piston, and static sealing points.

The seals are PU and NBR. PU handles the pressure lips and sliding wear. NBR takes the oil-side and static spots. Profiles are molded to OEM groove sizes, so they seat without trimming or stretching. Seal kit only — barrel, rod, and piston are not included.

Before ordering, match the machine serial and cylinder number. These six models can run more than one bucket cylinder arrangement, so the model name alone may not be enough.
